Calling Congress "cowards" doesn't do any good

I'm not a fan of Moveon.org. Their ads tend to be shrill and and play to the worst of any one issue. Their latest ad calls out GOP members of the Senate like this...

"They're willing to send tens of thousands more troops to face danger in Iraq, but they don't have the courage to face a vote."

This does nothing to solve the problem and makes life tougher for people like John Warner who are reminding senators of their obligation without pandering to one side or the other.

John Warner was fighting battles when my dad wasn't even born yet. Not sure I would lump him in with people who hid in the Guard or behind a student deferment.
